ABOUT ME, PERSONALLY:

I’m not sure what to say here. What might you want to know? I am 39 years old; it is a good age. My education? I attended high school in Hot Springs, AR, and North Little Rock, AR. I have two Bachelor of Business Administration degrees (BBAs), courtesy of double majors in Marketing and Advertising/Public Relations from the College of Business at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR). I have also completed post-bachelor coursework in Graphic Design, Designing with New Technologies, and Production Design for the Internet at UALR. I love my dad and grandmothers. My mother passed while my siblings were still young; I love my brother and sisters. I’m married to the guy that has stolen my heart since we were teenagers; we have three spectacular daughters, ages 15, 13, and 7. We currently live in Chenal Valley in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Thank you for coming by to visit! Come back soon!
Your Friend,

~Amber Hamilton Henson

AND….you’re highly intellectual, love books, crafting…I’m pretty sure you use your left and right brain equally. You chose to be a stay at home mommy, but could just as easily have become a highly sought after artist or a high power attorney…there’s still time! You’re an awesome cook, have great hair and love to garden. You’re lots of fun to be around and always a great conversationalist. Great friend, mommy and wife!

    • Awwww!! Thanks, friend!! Love You!! I saw that you “pinned” me on Pinterest, too! I’m now that silly person sitting in a room alone in front of my computer with a ridiculously huge grin on my face, the kind of big grin that now has my cheeks tingling, but I still can’t stop grinning! Love! 😀

  2. I have read this about section a few times and I think a few things were left out. Not only has my wife Amber graduated with two degree’s and is raising three beautiful daughters (all of whom are as beautiful as she is) she has been a major factor in my career. There is no doubt that i would not be where i’m at today. It’s because of her that I can provide for my family and provide the kind of lifestyle they deserve. I also have no doubt that we would not be in ournew home if it were not for my wife, it was her vison to restore an old historic home and make a huge profit. ( see post about making an old home historic) Now for the part about her heart being stolen. It was infact my heart that was stolen. I just wanted for people to know who the real Amber is! ( my beautiful wife, the best mother I have ever met, my very best friend, and the love of my life!!!!)
    ~Love, Mitch

  3. Wow, Amber! I must admit I haven’t been on here in a while, and the site looks amazing! I haven’t even made any new posts to my blog in a month. I’m discouraged because I don’t think many people are following the link from Facebook, and while therapeutic, I would like some feedback to my posts!

But, back to you! The site is great, and I will try to look at your new and exciting additions as often as possible!

  4. Hi Amber – thanks for stopping by my blog and commenting for the giveaway – sorry I couldn’t reply directly but I have no way of emailing you. Please send me your email address so that if you win, I can let you know.

I’ll check out the IG person you mentioned =)

  5. Guess what? I found your blog super randomly, by doing a search for spooky Halloween papier mache houses. How random is that? I live in Rogers, AR and am sitting in my craft room with my nine year old daughter today while we try to decide how to decorate our little house. So funny to find another Arkansas-based blog.

Also – you need to hop on over to ArkansasWomenBloggers.com if you have not already! I’m one of the leadership team members and we’d love to have you in our blog community. Stalked you on FB and Pinterest – great blog!

  6. Thanks for the blog love! I appreciate it!

  7. Do you sell your jewelry?

  8. Hi Amber, I love reading your posts on face book, sure would like to see you and your family soon! Love you, Aunt Paula

  9. I was checking out a recipe of a friend and found myself on your page. We have a lot in common. I had no idea. It was fun to see another side of you besides the gym or concessions at Robinson. Have a great day! See you soon. We should make jewelry together sometime, I love it too.
