“MUDDY HANDS = CLEAN SPIRIT”

Yep, that’s what I say, “MUDDY HANDS CREATE A CLEAN SPIRIT.” The great sense of self-awareness and solitude that occurs while I’m pulling weeds, digging a hole, pruning a plant, or watching the irrigation is a profoundly peaceful, reflective, and meditative time for me.
